Returns
You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items with return policy exceptions include: used dvds, used books, video games, trading cards, comics and magazines. Unless there was an error on our part, these items are non-refundable. Please feel free to inquire about an item if you need additional information before making a purchase.
Product-Specific Return Policy:
Antique bottles and glassware may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a money-back refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and purchasing insurance.
