Here we have a superbly colored barrel with a full-label, maybe the best around. You see so many black and white labels and print from that era, but not here. This is a full-color scene of a beautiful girl in her Sunday best in a grassy field. Since the bottle is at least 139 years old, it's quite amazing that it lasted this long. If the label doesn't ring your bell, check out the bottle itself. A gorgeous light to medium topaz with some ginger ale, its color is as heavenly as the women in the scene. A wonderful museum quality piece that grades a perfect Attic Mint 10.
Applied top, smooth base. Era: 1860-1870.
This incredible barrel bitters was originally part of the legendary Bryan Grapentine collection, which was arguably the best collection in the world. Bryan was known for collecting the best specimen bottles, and this Greeley's Bourbon Whiskey Bitters is no exception.
To better preserve this special bottle, we've placed it inside a beautiful glass dome display case, which we will include with your purchase (glass case will ship seperately).
